Job summary

Opensity Solutions in New Jersey seeks a FAST Service Specialist to provide administrative support across multiple client sites, including mail, copy, reception, hospitality and facilities. The role requires travel throughout New Jersey, a reliable vehicle, and a flexible weekly schedule.

You will lift up to 40 lbs, handle packages, and maintain professional service while supporting various sites. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour with potential annual bonus; employment requires

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in a customer service role.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Professional and tactful issue resolution.
• Ability to lift/move 40 lbs or more.
• Ability to lift/carry packages on a cart up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel for extended periods.
• Must pass client-specific background checks.

Responsibilities

• Mail Services: metering, sorting, distributing mail and packages.
• Copy Services: produce copy, print, and scan projects per instructions.
• Reception: answer calls and greet visitors professionally.
• Hospitality: manage conference rooms, stocked kitchens, and supplies.
• Floor Coordination: stock supplies, deliver paper, basic maintenance.
• Facilities: assist with moves and building-related needs.
• Schedule flexibility to cover absences and travel between sites.
