Bon Appetit is seeking an Executive Chef, Traveling Support, to lead culinary operations across a portfolio of accounts. The traveling role reports to the Regional Vice President and requires extensive travel to support leadership transitions, openings, and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading culinary operations in high-volume environments.
• Executive chef or senior culinary leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles.

Responsabilités

• Provide executive chef leadership across multiple accounts during transitions and openings.
• Assess kitchen operations and improve food quality, consistency and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation and recipe execution.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and allergen management compliance.
• Support new account openings, including training and setup.
• Partner with leaders to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Assist with food cost management, inventory controls and waste reduction.
• Mentor chefs and culinary staff through coaching and hands-on leadership.
• Contribute to culinary standards, SOPs and training resources.
• Build relationships with clients and teams, fostering collaboration.
• Travel extensively to support locations across the region.
