Bon Appetit is seeking an Executive Chef, Traveling Support to lead culinary operations across multiple accounts. You will report to the Regional VP and bring executive-level culinary leadership to locations undergoing transitions, openings, or challenges, ensuring high standards and consistent guest experiences.

The role requires hands-on leadership, quick assessment of operations, and collaboration with culinary and operations teams to elevate food quality, drive standards, and mentor chefs

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading culinary operations in high-volume environments.
• Proven track record as an Executive Chef or equivalent leader.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen operations management.
• Experience driving operational improvement and transitions in multi-unit settings.
• Able to travel extensively and manage remote culinary leadership.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide executive chef leadership across multiple accounts during transitions and openings.
• Assess kitchen operations and implement practical improvements for quality and efficiency.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and dining experiences.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
• Support new account openings with kitchen readiness, training, and setup.
• Collaborate with culinary and operations leaders to drive continuous improvement.
• Assist with food cost management, inventory controls, and waste reduction.
• Mentor chefs and culinary teams through coaching and hands-on leadership.
• Contribute to culinary standards, SOPs, and training resources across portfolios.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams; travel as required.
