Job summary

Bon Appetit is seeking an Executive Chef, Traveling Support to provide hands-on culinary leadership across a portfolio of accounts. This role reports to the Regional VP and deploys to locations undergoing transitions, openings, or operational challenges.

The Traveling Support Executive Chef will assess operations, build trust with teams, elevate culinary execution, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while traveling extensively and maintaining high culinary standards.

Qualifications

Experience leading culinary operations in high-volume environments.
Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP principles.
Experience supporting multi-account culinary programs and leadership transitions.

Responsibilities

Provide executive chef leadership across multiple accounts during transitions and openings.
Improve food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Mentor and develop chefs and culinary teams.
