Qualifications

• Experience leading culinary operations in high-volume environments.
• Demonstrated success as an Executive Chef or comparable leader.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen operations management.
• Ability to travel extensively (~85%) and operate across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive chef leadership and operational support across multiple accounts during transitions and openings.
• Assess kitchen operations and implement practical solutions to improve quality, consistency, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Champion culinary excellence with high standards for quality, presentation, and dining experiences.
• Ensure food safety compliance and allergen management while promoting accountability.
• Support new account openings, including kitchen readiness, menu implementation, and team training.
• Partner with culinary and operations leaders to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Contribute to food cost management, inventory controls, and waste reduction.
• Mentor chefs, managers, and culinary teams through hands-on leadership.
• Develop culinary standards, training resources, and SOPs for portfolio consistency.
• Build relationships with clients and culinary teams to foster collaboration and a strong culture.
• Travel extensively to support locations across the region as needed.
