Job summary

Bon Appetit Management Company is seeking a Traveling Support Executive Chef to provide hands-on culinary leadership across a portfolio of accounts. You will report to the Regional VP and work to elevate food quality, uphold standards, and foster guest satisfaction while traveling frequently to support openings, transitions, and growth.

This role requires strong culinary leadership, food safety expertise, and the ability to develop teams across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading culinary operations in high-volume environments.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, HACCP principles, and kitchen operations management.
• Experience supporting operational improvement initiatives and leadership transitions.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive chef leadership across multiple accounts during transitions and openings.
• Assess operations and implement solutions to improve quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and dining experiences.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, allergen management, and regulatory requirements.
• Support new account openings, including kitchen readiness and launch execution.
• Mentor and develop kitchen staff through coaching and hands-on leadership.
• Travel extensively to support locations across the region.
