Job summary

Bon Appetit is seeking an Executive Chef, Traveling Support to lead culinary operations across multiple accounts. The role requires hands-on leadership, quick assessment of operations, and the ability to elevate food quality and guest experiences while working across diverse environments.

The Traveling Support Executive Chef will travel extensively, partner with culinary and operations teams, and mentor chefs and managers to drive culinary excellence and standardization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading culinary operations in high-volume foodservice environments.
• Demonstrated success as an Executive Chef or comparable leader.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and kitchen operations management.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive chef leadership and operational support across accounts during transitions, openings, or gaps.
• Assess kitchen operations and implement solutions to improve quality, consistency, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, recipe execution, and dining experiences.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and regulatory compliance.
