Bon Appetit Management Company seeks an experienced Traveling Support Executive Chef to provide hands-on culinary leadership across multiple accounts. The role reports to the Regional Vice President and travels extensively to support leadership transitions, openings, and operational challenges.

Success comes from quick operational assessment, building trust with teams, and elevating food quality while ensuring standards and guest experiences across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading culinary operations in high-volume environments.
• Ability to travel approximately 85% of the time.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen operations management.
• Proven track record in multi‑unit culinary leadership at contract dining providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive chef leadership across multiple accounts during transitions and openings.
• Assess kitchen operations and implement solutions to improve quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and dining experiences.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
• Support new account openings, including kitchen readiness and training.
• Mentor chefs and culinary teams to drive culinary excellence.
