Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. seeks Environmental Services Project Manager in the Houston area. This role travels 100% to client locations nationwide, supporting start-ups, audits, and operational improvements under the Environmental Services Director.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, performance management, and maintaining a clean, compliant environment while upholding company culture and service quality. Local travel is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in a service-related field.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening, to include DMV check.
• Travel: 10 days on 4 days off; local to Houston area.
• Strong customer service orientation and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Participate in staff selection; interview candidates; schedule days off and vacations.
• Assign personnel to established work areas or project duties.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and manage inventory and equipment usage.
• Ensure staff receive orientation and ongoing training.
• Discipline associates per progressive guidelines and prepare reports.
• Maintain sanitary, attractive, and orderly environment.
• Demonstrate company culture and leadership in performance plans.
