Job summary

Mosaic Dental Collective, LLC is seeking a friendly, organized Financial Front Office Coordinator to support dental clinics across the Seattle metro area. This role covers front desk duties, insurance verifications, and collections with a focus on patient care and smooth clinic operations.

You will travel to multiple Mosaic clinics, answer phones, verify insurance, post payments, and coordinate schedules while maintaining a positive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of dental front office experience.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Patient advocate; empathetic, adaptable and ethical.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Open Dental is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel to Mosaic clinics in the Seattle metro area.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Mosaic clinics to cover front desk duties in Seattle, Bellevue, Arlington, Mill Creek, Bothell, Issaquah and Federal Way metro areas.
• Answer phones, check in patients
• Service Collections
• Coordinate schedules and manage appointments
• Handle insurance verifications and post payments accurately
• Keep things flowing between various front office needs of the Mosaic Dental Collective group of dental offices
• Bring a calm, can-do attitude that helps make clinics run smoothly
