Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a seasoned Project Manager/Superintendent for a full-time traveling assignment across Advanced Technology projects, including Data Centers and EV/Battery markets. Based in Columbus, OH, you will supervise field construction, manage scheduling, safety, and cost control to meet budget and quality targets.

You will lead Turner field teams, coordinate with owners and architects, ensure ethics and safety standards, and implement BIM/Lean strategies to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with four years' related training and eight years' building construction experience.
• Knowledge of BIM and Lean to benefit the project.
• Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills with written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with owners/architects/engineers for day-to-day construction activities.
• Develop and implement overall project work schedules and critical path.
• Lead and develop Turner field staff and participate in performance appraisals.
• Ensure adherence to ethics and compliance requirements.
• Develop and manage site safety program and subcontractor safety compliance.
• Make decisions on scheduling, delivery, logistics, and staffing levels.
• Coordinate work among trades and resolve site issues.
• Manage labor relations with subcontractors and Turner staff.
• Implement mock-ups and testing; oversee approvals.
• Ensure permits and insurance are current; liaise with inspectors.
• Act as Stormwater Compliance Coordinator as required.
• Oversee billing, WIP, and project cost control.
• Ensure work conforms to contract documents.
