Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a traveling senior field supervisor for a full-time assignment supporting Advanced Technology projects, including Data Centers, pharmaceutical and EV/renewables markets. The role requires coordinating diverse field activities on Columbus, OH projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and strict safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 4+ years related training and 8+ years building construction experience, or equivalent
• Knowledge of construction means, methods and materials
• Experience with BIM and Lean for project benefits
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Liaise with owners/architects/engineers for day-to-day construction activities
• Develop and manage overall project work schedules and critical path
• Lead Turner field staff and provide performance feedback
• Ensure compliance with ethics and safety programs
• Oversee safety and regulatory compliance for the site
• Manage scheduling, delivery, logistics, and staffing decisions
• Coordinate among trades to optimize project operations
• Ensure permits and insurance are in place and updated
