• Bachelor's Degree with minimum related training and eight years of building construction experience.

• Familiarity with BIM and Lean as project optimization tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison with owners, architects, and engineers for daily construction activities.
• Develop and implement project schedules identifying the critical path and material delivery.
• Lead and develop Turner field staff, including performance input.
• Ensure adherence to ethics, safety programs, and Turner standards.
• Oversee subcontractor coordination, quality control, and cost management.
