Job summary

Turner Construction Company’s Advanced Technology Group (ATG) seeks an experienced project leader for a full-time traveling assignment on a data center project. The role can be based anywhere in the United States and will travel as needed, reporting to the Project Executive or Operations Manager.

You will supervise and develop teams, manage master schedules and budgets, enforce QA/QC, oversee field operations, and coordinate with owners, architects and subcontractors while applying BIM and Lean

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of ten years' related construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with MS Office; ability to read contracts and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project team with performance appraisals.
• Manage master schedule, budget, and QA/QC program.
• Oversee field operations, safety protocols, and engineering processes.
• Coordinate with owner, architect, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with Turner contracts and procurement.
• Support various Turner initiatives and technologies.
