Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an Experienced Project Supervisor for a full-time traveling assignment supporting Advanced Technology projects such as Data Centers. The role involves supervising field construction, organizing and scheduling work, and coordinating with owners, architects, and engineers to keep the project on time and within budget.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree with at least four years of related training and eight years of construction experience, plus familiarity

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with four years' related training and eight years' construction experience.
Thorough knowledge of drawings, specs, and contract documents.
Ability to implement BIM and Lean to benefit the project.
Strong management, leadership and written communication skills.
Knowledge of cost control procedures and accounting basics.

Responsibilities

Liaise with owners, architects, and engineers for day-to-day activities.
Develop and implement project work schedules including critical path items.
Lead and develop Turner field staff and perform performance appraisals.
Establish and manage the site's safety program and compliance.
Oversee trade coordination, procurement, and labor staffing levels.
Ensure permits, insurance, and inspections are current and aligned with contract documents.
Oversee WIP, monthly estimates, and subcontractor payments.
Ensure work complies with contract documents and quality standards.
