Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee the field construction of a large or complex project, coordinating with owners, architects and engineers to deliver work on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

You will lead and develop superintendents, set up site logistics, manage schedules and safety programs, and ensure compliance with Turner policies. Reports to the Project Manager or Project Executive in the Critical Facilities-Data Centers division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and extensive construction leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, schedules, and budgets.
• Strong communication with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with owners/architects/engineers for daily construction activities.
• Lead, supervise and develop superintendents and staff; manage performance appraisals.
• Develop site logistics and overall project setup; oversee work schedules and critical path.
