Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a senior-level project leader for a full-time traveling assignment to support a data center project within the Advanced Technology Group. The role is nationwide in scope with travel as needed, based anywhere in the United States yet performing duties on-site at major construction sites such as Dallas, TX.

Strong leadership, BIM and Lean implementation are essential. You will oversee master schedules, budgets, and QA/QC, while fostering productive relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of related construction experience.
• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing and engineering principles.
• Ability to read, interpret contracts, drawings and specifications; experience with BIM/Lean.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-performance team through supervision, training, coaching and mentoring.
• Understand and administer Turner’s contract and subcontract agreements.
• Foster owner, architect, subcontractor and vendor relations.
• Establish and manage the Master Project Schedule and its implementation.
• Manage budget and financial reporting; interpret reports for budget adherence.
• Oversee QA/QC program and field operations.
