Reynolds and Reynolds in Cincinnati is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers smoothly convert to our software, delivering targeted training and hands-on support.

The role requires traveling about 80% of the time to set up and customize the system at dealerships, and to train personnel on how to use the solution.

When not traveling, you will support existing customers from your home office and coordinate with mentors to expand professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install and convert software.
• Customize the system and train key dealership personnel.
• Support current customers from home office when not traveling.
• Prepare for future trips and conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth deployments and customer satisfaction.
