Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking a Training/Support professional to assist customers in converting to our software, traveling ~80% and delivering customized training for dealership personnel. When not traveling, you will support existing customers from your home office, preparing for upcoming trips and following up on installations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, presentation skills, and the ability to coordinate with dealership management to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to install and convert software for dealerships (~80% travel).
• Meet with dealership management to understand needs and customize the system.
• Train dealership personnel on usage of the software.
• Support current customers from home office when not traveling.
• Prepare for future trips and conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers.
