Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers transition to our software and deliver training and support throughout the process.

You will travel about 80% of the time to install and convert software for dealerships, presenting to management to tailor the solution. When not onsite, you will support customers remotely and prepare for upcoming visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with strong customer interaction skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites (~80%) to install and convert software.
• Customize the system based on dealership needs and train key personnel.
• Support existing customers from home office when not on-site.
• Prepare for upcoming trips and conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers.
