STO Building Group is seeking a traveling Superintendent to manage daily operations on multiple project sites nationwide. You will oversee scheduling, procurement, and manpower while coordinating with project leadership to ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities include look-ahead scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and maintaining safety, quality, and communication across teams. Extensive field leadership and CMiC familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of large-scale ground-up construction processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.
• Basic Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan procedures for construction based on starting and completion times and staffing requirements.
• Develop and use look-ahead schedules to assess progress and issues.
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings with the Project Manager.
• Direct procurement of tools and materials to meet schedules.
• Ensure all parties are informed of construction issues and progress with regular updates.
• Manage labor costs by optimizing crew mixes and assignments; move personnel as needed.
• Prepare the Project Management Plan with the Project Manager.
• Ensure safety, quality, and housekeeping standards are maintained.
