STO Building Group seeks a Senior Superintendent to manage day-to-day site operations on a nationwide portfolio. You will supervise direct labor, coordinate with the Project Manager, and oversee subcontractors to ensure on-time project completion and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in construction management or related field and 5+ years in large-scale projects, with strong scheduling and procurement skills. Travel is extensive across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management.
• 5+ years on large-scale, ground-up commercial projects; travel-ready.
• Understands blueprints, building codes, and coordination with subs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily job-site operations, scheduling, and production.
• Procure materials, manage manpower, and monitor costs.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and subs for phasing and milestones.
• Ensure safety policies and quality standards are followed.
