Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. seeks a Superintendent to provide on-site administrative and technical management across our field projects. You will oversee self-perform work, subcontractors, safety, quality, and scheduling to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires travel nationwide, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of safety and quality programs. OSHA certifications and CPM scheduling experience are preferred to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management with at least 5 years of experience in the construction field.
• OSHA 10 Certification required; OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of corporate quality program and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Willing to travel nationwide.
• Administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Develop and implement a site-specific safety plan for each project assigned.
• Supervise construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications.
• Manage project budget requirements and develop budgets and monthly cost to complete.
• Track production and submit quantities weekly.
• Interface with client representatives and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
