Job summary

STO Building Group is seeking a traveling Superintendent to oversee daily job-site operations across multiple projects nationwide. You will manage scheduling, procurement, manpower, and coordination with the Project Manager to ensure on-time completion.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, 5+ years of large-scale construction experience, and ability to travel. Knowledge of CMiC is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with large-scale, ground-up commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan procedures for construction based on schedules and staffing requirements.
• Develop and monitor project schedules with the Project Manager using look-ahead plans.
• Coordinate pre-construction and mobilization activities with stakeholders.
• Direct procurement of tools and materials to meet work schedules.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with company policies.
