STO Building Group is seeking a Superintendent for a full-time traveling role across the United States. You will oversee daily job-site operations, including scheduling, production, and procurement of materials and equipment, coordinating with the Project Manager and subcontractors.

The candidate should have 5+ years of experience on large-scale projects and a BS in construction management or equivalent. Willingness to travel and strong communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years on large-scale, ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction processes and blueprints.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.
• Spanish language skills preferred; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Plan procedures and staffing for each phase based on schedules and resources.
• Coordinate project schedule with Project Manager and look-ahead planning.
• Direct procurement of tools and materials to meet timelines.
• Monitor progress, adjust schedules, and control costs.
• Coordinate with clients, subs, and supervisory personnel on scope and issues.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with company policies.
