Job summary

Lemartec, a MasTec company, is seeking a Civil Project Superintendent to lead scheduling, coordination of subcontractors, and field teams across multiple US projects. You will ensure safety, quality, and progress per the Master Schedule, with a strong focus on mentoring teams and interpreting plans, specs, and codes.

This traveling role requires up to 100% travel across states, including KS, PA, NC, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of work as a construction Superintendent; 10+ years if no degree.
• Structural Steel and PEMB experience; data center projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Permit document administration and control.
• Review and understand subcontractor’s scope of work.
• Coordinate safety meetings and project safety responsibilities.
• Control project access and traffic.
• Tool/equipment inventory, coordination and rental.
• Schedule and maintain records of testing and certificates (concrete/soil).
• Coordinate with PM, PCM, and PFE daily on progress, QA/QC, reporting.
• Prepare 3-week look-ahead schedule and update master schedule.
• Complete Daily Log Reports (Procore).
• Maintain As-Built drawings for final submittal.
• Coordinate and schedule project inspections.
• Final inspection and proper close-out documentation.
• Quality control of installed materials and equipment.
• Site layout and bench-mark control.
