Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a MEP Project Superintendent to lead and coordinate nationwide construction teams, maintaining schedule adherence and safety standards on diverse projects. Travel across the US up to 100% is required, with locations spanning multiple states including TX.

Strong leadership, planning and communication are essential for successful project delivery. You will review subcontractor scopes, maintain schedules, and ensure quality control and proper close-out documentation

Qualifications

• Requires scheduling, planning, organization and document control expertise.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities when managing subcontractors and inspectors.
• OSHA safety standards knowledge is essential for project compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety meetings and overall project safety responsibility.
• Review subcontractor scope of work and manage daily progress with PM/PCM/PFE.
• Maintain master schedule, look-ahead planning, daily logs and as-built drawings.
• Oversee site layout, inspections, QA/QC, testing coordination, and close-out docs.
