Job summary

Lemartec, part of MasTec, seeks a Project Superintendent to lead field teams and coordinate subcontractors on US projects. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality in complex infrastructure builds across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years as a construction Superintendent (10+ years if no degree), with PEMB/steel and data center project experience. This role requires up to 100% travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience as a construction Superintendent; 10+ years if no degree.
• Structural Steel experience.
• PEMB Experience.
• Prior data center project experience required.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Permit document administration and control.
• Review and understanding of subcontractor’s scope of work.
• Coordinate safety meetings and overall project safety.
• Control project access and traffic.
• Tool/equipment inventory, coordination and rental.
• Coordinate, schedule and maintain records of all project testing and certificates.
• Coordinate with PM, PCM and PFE regarding progress, QA/QC and reporting.
• Prepare 3-week look ahead and update master schedule.
• Maintain Daily Log Reports (Procore).
• Maintain As Built drawings for final submittal.
• Coordinate and schedule project inspections and final close-out documentation.
• Ensure quality control of installed materials and equipment.
• Site layout and benchmark control.
