Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking an Electrical Project Superintendent to coordinate multiple subs, manage safety, and drive project progress across the US. The role requires strong leadership, scheduling expertise, and knowledge of plans and codes.

Travel is up to 100% across various states including TX, PA, NC, GA, FL, and more; pre‑employment screening and relocation support may apply. MasTec’s network backs our capabilities and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience as a construction Superintendent; 10+ years if no degree.
• Structural Steel experience.
• PEMB Experience.
• Prior experience with data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Permit document administration and control.
• Review and understand subcontractor scope of work.
• Coordinate safety meetings and project safety.
• Coordinate, schedule and maintain records of testing and certificates.
• Coordinate with PM/PCM/PFE on progress and QA/QC.
• Prepare 3‑week look ahead schedule and update master schedule.
• Maintain Daily Log Reports (Procore).
• Maintain As Built drawings for final submittal.
• Coordinate and schedule project inspections.
• Close-out documentation and quality control of materials.
