Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a seasoned MEP Project Superintendent to lead scheduling, safety, and coordination across multiple sub-contractors and trades on US infrastructure projects. The role requires strong planning, documentation, and leadership to keep projects on schedule and compliant with design documents and codes.

The position involves up to 100% travel across the US, with project locations including TX.

Qualifications

• Scheduling, planning, organization, and document control proficiency.
• Experience with data center projects is required.
• Ability to coordinate safety meetings and drive project safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling and master project plans.
• Review subcontractor scope and manage site access/traffic.
• Coordinate with PM/PCM/PFE on progress, QA/QC, and reporting.
• Maintain daily logs and As-Built drawings.
• Schedule inspections and ensure proper close-out documentation.
