Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking an Electrical Project Superintendent to lead scheduling, coordination, and safety across multiple US projects. This traveling role requires strong leadership, plan comprehension, and collaboration with PM/PCM/PFE teams to ensure on-time progress and quality.

The position emphasizes mentorship, site leadership, and adherence to plans, drawings, and code requirements across diverse construction sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience as a construction Superintendent; or 10+ years without degree.
• Experience with structural steel and PEMB.
• Prior experience with data center projects is required.
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and design documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety meetings and overall responsibility for project safety.
• Review and understand subcontractors' scope of work.
• Maintain master schedule and 3-week look ahead with PM/PCM/PFE.
• Complete Daily Log Reports (Procore) and maintain As-Built drawings.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure proper close-out documentation.
