Job summary

Lemartec, MasTec's national construction arm, seeks a Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead, schedule, and coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades. You will ensure quality and progress per the Master Schedule while mentoring teams and maintaining meticulous documentation.

This traveling role demands up to 100% travel across the US. Ideal candidates have 10+ years as a construction superintendent, strong leadership, and fluency in coordinating safety, QA/QC, and schedule updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 years' experience as a construction Superintendent; 10+ years without degree.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, safety meetings, and quality control.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and field scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of superintendents, field engineers, and other field staff.
• Coordinate safety meetings and overall project safety responsibilities.
• Review subcontractor scopes of work and monitor QA/QC.
• Maintain master schedule, look-ahead planning, and daily logs.
• Travel across the US to support multiple projects.
