Job summary

Qualifications
- 5-25 years of construction experience; last 5 years as lead superintendent.
- Willing to travel; can live anywhere.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and scheduling tools.
- Experience with an iPad/tablet highly preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Attend post-award review meetings to receive project information and details for preplanning.
- Direct and control the total construction project to meet specs and schedule while maximizing profit.
- Coordinate subcontractors to integrate with project schedules and progress.
- Inform supervisors and subcontractors of schedule changes promptly.
- Prepare job progress and cost reports to reflect actual costs.
