ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking a Superintendent with 5-15+ years of leadership in ground-up light and mid-industrial projects. The role involves managing project administration, field operations, safety compliance, and coordinating subcontractors to meet schedule, budget, and specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience with at least 5 years as a lead superintendent on industrial, warehouse or tilt-wall projects.
• Willing to travel when needed.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling programs.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must meet physical demands of the role (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meetings for preplanning and project information.
• Develop a schedule of construction activities and organize manpower and equipment.
• Direct and control the total project to meet specifications and schedule while ensuring profit.
• Coordinate subcontractors and integrate with project schedules.
• Maintain daily diary and regular reports on progress, costs and changes.
• Ensure adherence to the safety program and company policies.
