Job summary
ARCO/Murray National Construction seeks an experienced Superintendent (5-15+ years) to lead ground up light- and mid-industrial projects. Manage administrative tasks and field operations from day one to deliver on schedule, within budget, and per project specs.

Qualifications
- 5-25+ years of construction experience, lead superintendent on data center or mission critical projects (as per requirements).
- Willing to travel as needed.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook for project administration.
Responsibilities
- Attend post-award reviews to receive project information and preplanning details.
- Direct and control the total construction project to meet specs and schedule, with focus on profitability.
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure integration with project schedules and plans.
- Prepare and review requisitions, POs, invoices, and other significant reports.
- Maintain daily diary and communicate progress to the project manager, ensuring safety adherence.
