Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Oklahoma City is seeking a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute on complex projects nationwide. This traveling role requires full-time travel (up to 100%) to project sites across the country, with assignments that may not reflect the posting.

You will oversee materials, equipment, staff, safety programs and QA/QC, ensuring timely and profitable completion in alignment with JE Dunn’s standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years construction experience; 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Lean principles experience preferred; Proficiency in MS Office and project scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and manage subcontractors and the overall job.
• Develop work plans and schedules for self-performed work.
• Coordinate project site care, custody, and control; manage materials/equipment.
• Attend and participate in progress and review meetings; communicate with owners/design team.
