Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a General Superintendent to develop and execute the project plan for highly complex projects. You will lead the team, plan construction sequencing, and ensure delivery aligns with JE Dunn’s strategy, vision and values.

You will manage safety culture, coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and design teams, and drive budgets, schedules and quality control across projects in the National Healthcare Division. A strong leadership track is essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years construction experience.
• 10+ years field supervision experience.
• Proficient in project management and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors, staff, and overall job workflow.
• Oversees safety, QA/QC and EEO programs for the project.
• Develops work plans, coordinates site care and control.
• Leads meetings, tracks progress and manages project schedule.
