JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 3 to plan, manage and execute on assigned projects with moderate complexity. This traveling role requires coordinating field staff, subcontractors, and vendors to meet schedule, budget and safety goals across multiple project sites nationwide.

You will create work plans, lead daily standups and progress meetings, and ensure quality standards while leveraging JE Dunn’s tools and processes.

Qualificações

• Experience leading construction projects with a focus on safety and quality.
• Proven ability to manage multiple field teams and subcontractors.

Responsabilidades

• Leads all safety culture and injury-free environment across project sites.
• Manages project staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC programs.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates project site care, custody and control and manages meetings.

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (Preferred)
