Job summary

Black & Veatch Family of Companies seeks a Site Manager to lead construction and startup activities for large-scale power projects. The role requires mobilizing to sites, coordinating with union teams, and ensuring adherence to the Construction Execution Plan and CPPM.

Strong emphasis on safety, cost control, and timely project delivery, with leadership responsibilities across the site management team and subcontractors.

Qualifications

Requires strong leadership and coordination on multi-discipline projects.
Experience managing field teams, subcontractors, and labor relations.
Proven ability to align project execution with owner expectations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Update and complete the Construction Execution Plan.
Direct overall construction effort including coordination of erection activities, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Lead the site management team and ensure alignment with project controls and CPPM.
Manage project costs, schedule, and quality, with monthly reporting and action on variances.
Oversee change order management and coordination with the owner.
Mentor site staff and foster loss-control and safety compliance.
