Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Site Manager to lead simple cycle and combined cycle power construction projects. You will direct site teams, coordinate with craft labor, subcontractors, and startup teams to ensure safe, high-quality execution from mobilization to commissioning.

Locations will vary across TX, OK, SC, GA, and more. The role favors 5+ years of construction management on power projects, with a preference for simple/combined cycle experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction management on similar power projects.
• Experience on simple cycle or combined cycle projects is preferred.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and manage site activities safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Construction Execution Plan for safe, efficient delivery of construction activities.
• Oversee all construction efforts including labor, subcontractors, and startup activities.
• Manage budgets, schedules, safety, and quality to keep projects on plan.
