Job summary

Knobelsdorff Enterprises is seeking a proactive site support professional to join our team in Alabama. You will assist with deliveries, inventory, site logistics, and cost tracking on industrial projects, while supporting safety and quality benchmarks.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or related experience, knowledge of construction administration, and proficiency with MS Office. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $25 to $32, plus travel incentives and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Familiarity with basic construction administration processes.
• Knowledge of electrical or photovoltaic (solar) construction preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and track incoming deliveries and materials.
• Maintain site material inventory and notify teams of discrepancies.
• Assist with site staging and layout of materials.
• Track and check in tools, equipment, and rental items.
• Populate daily crew timecards and enter job cost codes.
• Assist with daily logs and photo documentation via Procore.
• Serve as onsite quality control and upload required benchmarks.
• Help maintain site organization and cleanliness.
• Support tool requests and coordinate with asset management.
• Perform general support tasks and assist crews as directed.
