Job summary

Knobelsdorff (KE) is seeking a site administrator to support the project site team with on-site administrative, logistical, and quality tasks under the direction of the Site Superintendent. You’ll coordinate material handling, tool tracking, documentation, and reporting to keep site operations efficient, safe, and aligned with KE’s Safety, People, Passion, and Performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in project or construction management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of electrical construction.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and accept all material and equipment deliveries, ensuring proper offloading, storage, and accountability.
• Coordinate material handling and report shortages or discrepancies to the Site Superintendent and Project Management team.
• Work with crews and foremen to identify tool needs, escalating non‑standard requests as needed.
• Populate Traqspera timecards using appropriate phase codes.
• Prepare and submit daily logs in Procore, including progress updates, quality checks, and required photos.
• Support implementation of safety and quality measures under direction of the Site Superintendent and PM team.
