Job summary

Knobelsdorff Electric Inc. is seeking a role that coordinates onsite field logistics, equipment, and material deliveries to support the Energy division.

You will assist construction crews with tools, tracking, QA, and administrative documentation that impact timelines and costs, while maintaining safety and efficiency on site. The position requires strong communication, organization, and familiarity with construction administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with construction administration processes.
• Knowledge of electrical or PV construction preferred.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and track deliveries and materials.
• Maintain site material inventory and flag discrepancies.
• Assist with site staging and layout of materials.
• Track and check in tools, equipment, and rentals.
• Populate daily crew timecards and code job costs.
• Assist with daily logs and photo documentation via Procore.
• Support on-site quality control and benchmarks uploads.
• Keep site organized and clean.
• Coordinate tool requests with asset management.
• Provide general support to crews as needed.
