Job summary

MasTec Renewables seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site construction of utility-scale solar projects in the United States. You will direct planning, safety, scheduling, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope while maximizing profitability across multiple sites.

You will travel up to 100% with per diem, supervise foremen and crews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams as a senior on-site leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction management or related field.
• Three years of construction industry experience/knowledge of techniques, estimating and management.
• Experience in supervision on utility-scale renewables projects (solar/wess/wind) preferred.
• High voltage electrical experience on large construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Oversee construction activities, specific to assigned discipline, on project.
• Build, supervise and lead teams; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Monitor progress against milestones, budget and KPIs; coordinate with CM II/III.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure alignment with scope and expectations.
