Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site field mechanics.
• Create and maintain Equipment Matrix with timelines.
• Establish local vendor for oil changes and parts.
• Assist in equipment budgeting for repairs and rental.
• Conduct daily safety checks.
• Attend Plan of the Day meetings.
• Ensure proper DOT documentation and inspections.
• Mentor Field Equipment Manager I.
• Provide support across sites as needed.
