Zusammenfassung

Dennis Group seeks a Construction Manager to supervise the site operations of food and beverage process facilities across the USA. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage safety programs, and track project scope, budget, and schedule with project management.

The role requires strong communication and technical skills across multiple software tools. You’ll interact with owners, subs, and A/E teams, prepare permits, and support project startup.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in construction science, building science, construction engineering or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Design-build experience on industrial projects is strongly preferred.
• Overseeing sub-contractors and driving the project schedule.
• Client interaction experience - strong technical, organizational, managerial, and communication skills.
• Progressively responsible job site experience working on industrial building projects.
• Fundamental understanding of all phases of construction; ability to read/interpret construction documents, schedules, and budgets.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD is a plus.
• Travel up to 100% to projects across USA and possibly Canada.
• Work 10 days onsite, 4 days off.

Aufgaben

• Oversee medium-sized projects autonomously.
• Develop and update project scope, budget, and schedule with project management.
• Manage project accounting, budgeting, and cost management.
• Establish and maintain site safety procedures with the safety team.
• Oversee process, mechanical and utility equipment installations.
• Handle permitting, code and regulatory administration and approvals.
• Coordinate field engineering and third-party testing/inspection.
• Prepare project reports and logs; coordinate close-out activities.
• Coordinate with owners, subs, building officials, and A/E teams.
