Job summary

Dennis Group is seeking a Construction Manager to supervise medium to large industrial food and beverage projects across the USA and Canada. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure site safety and quality while interfacing with owners and A/E teams.

This client-facing role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with up to 100% travel and a schedule of 10 days on/4 days off as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field preferred.
• Experience reading construction documents, schedules, and budgets.
• Strong technical, organizational, managerial, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medium-sized projects and coordinate subcontractors.
• Develop and update project scope, budget, and schedule with management.
• Manage project accounting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Establish site safety procedures with the safety team.
• Coordinate field engineering and equipment installations.
• Prepare and maintain project reports and logs.
• Interface with owners, subs, building officials, and A/E team.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and change orders; manage invoicing with PM.
