Job summary

Ledcor seeks skilled Concrete Finishers to join our team in Arizona and surrounding states. You will construct and finish foundations, equipment pads, and bases for telecommunications shelters while traveling every four weeks to diverse sites.

A strong safety mindset and experience in residential or commercial projects are essential. This is a full-time field role with outdoor work in all weather and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 credential or willingness to obtain shortly after hire.
• Minimum 3 years of concrete finishing experience.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug testing.
• Willingness to travel to job sites across Arizona and surrounding states.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and bases for shelters.
• Read and interpret drawings, site plans, and project specs.
• Set and align wooden forms; perform finishing (screeding, edging, troweling, brooming).
• Collaborate with team and follow safety policies including OSHA regulations.
