Qualifications

• Concrete finishing experience required.
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings.
• Commitment to following safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations across Arizona and surrounding states.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and bases for telecom shelters.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans and specifications.
• Set and align wooden forms.
• Perform finishing techniques (screeding, edging, troweling, raking, brooming).
• Assist team members as needed.
• Follow company safety policies and site requirements.
