Job summary

Ledcor is seeking Concrete Finishers to build and finish foundations, equipment pads and bases for telecommunications shelters across Arizona and surrounding states. The role involves traveling every four weeks, reading drawings, forming, and applying finishing techniques while adhering to safety standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of concrete finishing experience, can read plans, and are willing to travel; OSHA 10 certification is preferred, and a valid license plus pre-employment

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Concrete Finisher.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and travel weekly as required.
• Valid driver's license and pass pre-employment drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and bases for telecommunications shelters.
• Read and interpret drawings, site plans and project specifications.
• Set and align wooden forms and perform finishing techniques (screeding, edging, troweling, brooming).
• Work safely and cooperatively with the team; travel as required.
